Personal Income Tax Return Preparation

If you have a problem with an existing appointment or with a tax return that we completed for you, please call us at 336-777-6189 and leave a message. We will get back to you!

We will be taking a small number of walk-ins at our sites. If you do decide to walk in, please arrive around 10:00 a.m. This is your best chance to minimize your wait. Here is our site schedule:

  • Mondays at Clemmons Branch at 6365 James St., Clemmons, NC 27102 (9AM-4:30PM)

  • Tuesdays and Wednesdays at Reynolda Manor Branch at 2839 Fairlawn Drive, Winston-Salem, NC 27106 (9AM-1PM)

  • Thursdays at Central Branch at 660 W 5th St., Winston-Salem, NC 27101 (9AM-1PM)

  • Fridays (Feb 6 to Feb 27) at Clemmons Branch at 6365 James St., Clemmons, NC 27102 (9AM-3:30PM)

  • Fridays (starting on Mar 6) at Southside Branch at 3185 Buchanan St., Winston-Salem, NC 27127 (9AM-1PM)
