If you have a problem with an existing appointment or with a tax return that we completed for you, please call us at 336-777-6189 and leave a message. We will get back to you!

We will be taking a small number of walk-ins at our sites. If you do decide to walk in, please arrive around 10:00 a.m. This is your best chance to minimize your wait.

If you want information regarding your tax refund, use the IRS’s refund tracking tool here for federal refunds, or the North Carolina Department of Revenue’s tool here for state refunds.

We will be back to help with preparing your 2025 tax returns. We will update this page in early 2026 with information on how to work with us.
